Today we had to create a magnetic poem which was fun and we had to record us saying it an post it on our blogs. In the video i had talked about what i like about it and for the step it up we had to create our on magnetic board so like that was more trick but here is both my step it up and kick start.

ReplyDeleteI REALLY enjoyed listening to you read your fridge magnet poem and thinking about your choice of images. For example, seagulls are always such a feature at the beach in summer time and I could relate to my own experiences of gulls fighting over fish and chips (or any food really!) just like your image of a seagull eating the ice cream.
I was also intrigued by your line "A small tree broke at the park." I was wondering why it broke and whether this could be from someone climbing it...or just a natural event? Could you elaborate for us?
I look forward to reading more of your poems in the future and to your reply.

ReplyDeleteGreat work completing this weeks kick start and step it up poetry slam activities. Have you done anything similar to magnetic poetry before?
You’ve crafted some wonderful poems, with some interesting words! The second poem has some fun summer activities, do you enjoy doing all of these? I wonder if you can edit your photo so that the words are on it, similar to the graphic text activity!
