The kick start task for today is to use a google image that describes summer and use 5 words that describes what summer means to me, and for the step it up task i used my own image. It is me Quein again, a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. Well done on completing the kick start activity, I enjoyed the images that you found and that you associated summer with such fun and positive words and activities- Ka Pai!!! The barbecue image definitely made me hungry and think about family barbecues in the summer. is good to remember sun hats as the sun's heat is quite hot in summer. Remember to use sunblock as well. What do you enjoy most about summer? I liked to go to the beach with my brothers and swim in the sea. It was quite a lot of fun.

DeleteI really enjoy going to Muriwai beach in summer but the one thing i hate is that the sand is always hot. What is the beach you always go to. My favourite thing in summer is to go take a swim. Bye Quein
